Counselling

I provide counselling for adolescents and adults, supporting them with emotional awareness and regulation, stress management, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapies, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I provide a supportive space where clients can develop insight, build resilience, and work towards meaningful change.
